Welcome to Good Arts, Good Mental Health

Good Arts, Good Mental Health relates to mental wellbeing (not to the treatment of mental ill-health). The arts may be of benefit in promoting mental wellbeing, however, like many activities, arts engagement may have both positive and negative outcomes. If you are unwell, becoming unwell, or unsure about your ability or capacity to undertake an arts activity you should seek advice from a doctor, health professional or if under 18 years your parent/guardian. The arts and the information presented on this website are not a substitute or replacement for medical advice, medical counselling, or medical treatment.
